Welcome to Procédés Informatique
Do you want to understand how a technology works, rather than just following a set of steps?
You’ve come to the right place.
I strive to make every guide clear and well-illustrated; each one is tested in real-world conditions and designed to support your work. I am convinced that solid technical expertise begins with a grasp of the fundamentals.
Who am I?
My name is David, and I am an IT professional. Having worked for major international corporations, I learned that in IT, knowing how to use a tool isn't enough. You also need to understand the environment and its constraints—and sometimes know when to question that tool in favor of a different solution.
That is the approach I share here. I publish processes I have designed and field-tested myself. My goal is to help you understand how technologies work, or at the very least, provide you with a comprehensive overview.
Let's work together
I currently work as an independent consultant. I am open to new collaborations with both companies and training organizations.
